Daily Meal Plan Publication Rules

These rules define the procedure for publishing, pricing, lifecycle, and financial settlements when posting Daily Meal Plans (DMPs) on the platform.

1. Lifecycle, Unpublishing, and Deletion

  • Unpublishing: The author can unpublish the meal plan at any time. After that, the material is hidden from the marketplace storefront, search results, and catalogs.
  • Access via Direct Link: An unpublished plan is not deleted and remains accessible via a direct link for the author and users who have previously purchased it.
  • Editing and Deletion Restrictions: Once a meal plan has been published or purchased, it cannot be edited or deleted to ensure the integrity of the purchase history and protect the rights of users who rely on this plan.

2. Pricing and Tariff Restrictions

  • Tariff Dependency: The ability to set a commercial price for a DMP and put it up for sale is determined by the terms of the author's tariff plan.
  • Publishing Without a Price: If the tariff does not support the sales feature, the author retains the right to publish the meal plan for free.

3. Return Policy

Refunds are carried out on the basis of the "Digital Content Return and Access Policy"

4. Confidentiality and Hidden Fields

  • Protection of Service Data: Upon publishing, the system automatically isolates internal system identifiers, session tokens, and the author's private notes.
  • Visible Part: Buyers and catalog users are shown exclusively the public part: meal composition, ingredients, recipe process cards, and the nutritional breakdown of the plan.

5. Author Rewards (Royalties)

  • Use of Other Authors' Recipes: If a sold DMP includes recipes created by other platform authors, the sales profit is distributed automatically.
  • Proportional Accrual: The system calculates and credits rewards to the authors of the recipes involved in the plan, in accordance with the content monetization rules of this service.
